He has been a proponent of technology from his early days in consulting. He specialises in resource enhancing solutions.

He has prior experience as a consultant (Arthur Andersen, AT Kearney, Mercer, Hewitt, KPMG) as well as in operating roles in corporate (Head of Human Resources at Benetton India).

He has led HR in India’s largest skills body - National Skill Development Corporation. He set up and evaluated Artificial Intelligence systems and processes to enhance performance.

He has advised leading companies in quasi Government, Banking, NBFC, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT, ITeS, Waste Management, Facilities Management, Consulting and Oil & Gas sectors.

He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Centre of Management & HRD, St Stephen’s College and The Doon School.

He is an avid golfer and a gourmet chef.
